This morning, we rushed to the airport at 7:30 AM to get ready for our trip to Hay River. A look at the weather slowed us down: an unstable moist airmass was located between Watson Lake and Hay River and moving towards us. We decided to wait at the airport to see if it would dissipate. By 4 PM, it became obvious that it was time to call the hotels to get a room for the night.
